Japanese Jubako with three layers.

In Japan people traditionally eat Osechi for new year which is usually served in a three layered Jubako.
As these Jubako are also very useful for carrying larger bentos it is also used to carry food for more people for different events such as Hanami, Hanabi or any other event where people like to gather and eat.
