  • We ship direct from Japan.

  • Parcels will be sent as registered mail through Japanese Post Service.

  • You'll get the parcel number to track your parcel after it has left our warehouse.

  • We charge s small fee for handling which is between JPY 680 and JPY 980 depending on the amount of your purchase.
    This fee will be automatically displayed in the shopping cart in your chosen currency (e.g. USD)
    (As more you buy as cheaper the handling fee becomes)

  • For some selected items we do not charge a handling fee. You can find these selected items here.
    (You can combine these selected items also with regular items, but for the regular items the handling fee will be charged)

  • Depending on the destination country shipping will usually take about 5 to 14 days if nothing different is stated in the article description.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

From the day the parcel was handed to the forwarder shipping usually takes about 10 days. In case of our monthly snack packages, box snacks or magazines where the it might take between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Due to different circumstances which we cannot control and have no influence over, the shipping time might be longer. These circumstances can be a busy season like Christmas where thousands of parcel are sent or delays during custom clearance or delivery.

What's about customs?

Parcels from foreign countries are usually always checked by the customs of the recipient's country. If there are any duties or taxes to pay for your order depends on the quantity and/or items you have ordered. If duties or taxes apply for your parcel they have to be paid by your own at the local customs or might be collected at your front door by your postman.

Where is my order?

You should have received an email with a link redirecting you to the tracing site of your parcel so you can check where it is. If you did not receive such an email, please check your spam folder or login to your account.
Please note, that we cannot give you any other information about your parcel as the one you can see on the track and trace website.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Depending on quantity or weight of your order we divide it into two or more separate parcels. Even though we send them all together at the same day they might be delivered on different days. Usually the other parcels will arrive in the following days.
For more details check the online tracing website. You should have received a tracking email for each parcel.

Troubles or delays

We will ship all goods as soon as possible to the address you stated, but once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over it any more.
The duration of delivery relates to the process speed of transporter and custom clearance.

Deliveries will usually take about 5 to 14 days, but depending on various issues (like Christmas for example) it can take even longer.
Deliveries to Italy or Australia may take longer due to stricter custom inspections.

With the provided tracking number you can easily check where your parcel is. Please not that the data can sometimes be not up to date.

If your order haven't arrived after 3 weeks and the online tracking doesn't give you a clear result about where your parcel is you can contact us and we will help you to get closer details.
