How to use (Shiro Dashi - Water):

  • 1 - 9 when used as soup
  • 1 - 7 when used to pour over Udon
  • 1 - 6 to 8 when used for vegetables
  • 1 - 8 when used for Oden
  • 2 tea spoons of Shiro Dashi and 2 table spoons of water for Dashimaki (Tamagoyaki)
