MOCHI TRUFFE - Ganache

A new type of truffle with a chewy texture and the bittersweet taste of cocoa, delicious and heavy mochi balls with a genius ganache filling.

This new type of truffle is made by wrapping ganache with fresh cream in a sticky rice cake and dusting it with cocoa.

Content: 8 heavy mochi (87g in total) packed in two serving trays.
