The wheat flour, which is the main ingredient in curry roux, has been replaced with rice flour and the curry roux has been cooked carefully using a special direct-fire cooking method to create a flaky roux type with reduced fat.
No chemical seasonings or colorings are used.

Easy to prepare and great tasting.
