YBC Chip Star - Takoyaki

Potato chips (stack able snack chips) with awesome Takoyaki flavour from YBC

The aim was to create an addictive flavor with a generous amount of sauce and a sense of broth, based on the authentic Osaka takoyaki. They brought together the rich flavor of the takoyaki sauce, the deliciousness of the takoyaki ingredients such as green onion and red ginger, and the dough's brothiness to bring out the overall flavor. Furthermore, octopus extract, dried bonito flakes, and aosa seaweed were used in the kneading process, with the aosa seaweed in particular enhancing the flavor and appearance.
