Natsukashi no Showa Curry

This curry roux is not a reproduction of an old curry roux but the same as it has been since the early days of the company.
The flour is slowly cooked in an open flame oven with the characteristic lard, fruit chutneys and more than a dozen spices, and then left to rest overnight. The result is a mellow and nostalgic taste.

Easy to prepare and "showa" tasting.
