Melon Sherbic

Preparation:

1. Give the content of the bag in a bowl and add slowly 300ml (or 400ml for 4 dish type) cold water while stirring well.
2. Fill the mass in an ice cube tray (not included) an put it for 2 or 3 hours into the freezer.

Alternative dessert: Melon-Yoghurt Sherbic

Mix the frozen melon sherbic with 300ml milk and 100g plain yoghurt by using a mixer. (Recipe for 4 dish type)
