Japanese Shiso rice topping (Furikake) and seasoning

Shiso is usually used for making Umeboshi, but it's also used as furikake for rice.
White rice with shiso gets a typical Japanese flavour which tastes a bit sour and is esp. because of that liked by a lot of people. It also tastes great with pasta or used for salad dressings.
