Traditional Takuan. Daikon (Japanese radish), cultivated in Miyazaki Prefecture, is dried in the sun and the cold wind of Kirishima and pickled for a long time with natural seasonings.
The unique crunchy texture of dried daikon and the flavour of roasted bran stimulate the appetite.

Before open and eat, cool well, wash off the bran and cut into thin slices.
☆ Use as an ingredient in rice, ochazuke, rice balls, bento boxes, pilaf, etc... or simply eat one or two slices after each meal.
