Honbiki Curry

The aim was to create the taste of authentic curry made from the spices of a specialist curry restaurant and the result is the delicious Honbiki Curry from S&B.
This authentic curry is made from a combination of spices and bouillon made by carefully simmering aromatic vegetables, whole chicken and chicken stock. No flour is used and the amount of oil and fat is kept to a minimum to enhance the taste and aroma of the ingredients. The powder roux method makes it easy to enjoy authentic curry made from spices at home.
