French Hayashi Rice Sauce

Hayashi rice is a widely loved Japanese dish on tomato basis which has reflects western cuisine in Japan.
With this Hayashi sauce roux, Japanese Hayashi Rice can be prepared with ease and very little ingredients.
Created under the supervision of Olivier Odos, a starred French chef. It is a thick and deep-flavoured Hayashi rice sauce made by slowly simmering Burgundy wine and combining it with beef bouillon.
