Koshi no Murasaki is a special dashi soy sauce which is brewed in a small local brewery in Settaya (Nagaoka, Niigata) with more than 100 years of history.
It's made by boiling finest domestically produced dried bonito flakes which gives it a awesome taste and fits perfectly to sashimi and sushi, but makes it also simply a versatile seasoning to any other dish.
