Very aromatic Sobacha (Buckwheat tea) made of 100% Dattan Soba.

Free from caffeine this tea is also suitable for children or if you are pregnant and should refrain from caffeine. It's a great alternative to the usual used teas in western countries like black or herbal teas.

How to make:

Version1: Put one bag into a small tea pot and pour over 200ml of hot, not boiling water (95°C). Let it brew for about 90 seconds before serving.

Version2: Boil 1 litre water and then put one or two tea bags into the hot water. Let it brew for 3 or 4 minutes and remove the bags.
