Hokkaido Azukicha is a Japanese tea made of finest azuki beans from Hokkaido. It can be made as hot tea as well as cold tea.

How to make:
Hot: Put 2 bags into a small tea pot and pour over 300ml of hot, not boiling water (95°C). Let it brew for about 4 to 5 minutes before serving.
Cold: Put 2 or 3 bags into a container with 500 to 600ml litre cold water and let it brew for about 1 or 2 hours before removing the bag.
