Kuromamecha

Intensive tasting Kuromamecha (Black bean tea) made of 100% Hokkaido beans.

Since the tea can be brewed with hot but also with cold water it is also a great refreshing drink when served cold.

Free from caffeine this tea is also suitable for children or if you are pregnant and should refrain from caffeine. It's a great alternative to the usual used teas in western countries like black or herbal teas.

How to make:

Hot version1: Put one bag into a small tea pot and pour over 300ml of hot, not boiling water (95°C). Let it brew for about 2 or 3 minutes before serving.

Hot version2: Boil 1 litre water and then put one tea bag into the hot water. Let it brew for 2 or 3 minutes and remove the bags.

Cold version: Put one bag into a container with 1 litre cold water and let it brew for about 1 or 2 hours before removing the bag.
