Okayama Hakuto (Regional Collective Trademark)

"Okayama Hakuto" is a nickname that refers to a variety of white peaches with white skin produced in Okayama Prefecture by cultivation with a wrapper over the peaches.

From "Hana-yome," which is shipped in early summer, to "Shimizu Hakuto," which is representative of Okayama, "Hakuto," an shipped after the O-Bon Festival, and "Fuyu-momo gatari," which is shipped in early winter. The Okayama Hakuto includes more than 30 varieties of white peaches.
