Ebi Agedama (Tenkasu)


Deep fried tempura batter Ebi Agedama, also called Tenkasu, is used in lots of Japanese dishes. With it's fine taste of Ebi it goes well with any kind of Japanese dish. Besides being an ingredient for Takoyaki or Okonomiyaki, it's also simply used as a topping for Udon and Soba.
