CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI is a miso paste that is characterized by a fresh and fruity taste alongside a soft and juicy texture. It uses a large amount of koji to fully develop the sweetness and it can be enjoyed as it is (not needed to cook before eating).

Made from 100% domestic rice.
