Traditional Handa-men.

Handa handmade noodles are carefully produced using a blend of wheat flour, salt from Naruto, and water from the Yoshino River, which brings out the best flavour of the noodles, and a hand-pulling process that involves repeated aging and stretching.
Handa-men has a history of over 300 years, and its unique thick handa-men noodles have a strong texture, sweetness, and rich flavour.
