Limited Regional Item from TOCHIGI

Half dried Himokawa Udon with Yuba flavoured from Tochigi prefecture. Besides the yuba flavour, the most impressive point of these Udon noodles is their size. The noodles have a width of about 35mm and are almost endless in length.
